This page describes some of the services that are provided by Cancer Recovery Foundation - UK for people living with cancer and their families. It is important to remember that a single person diagnosed with cancer can have an impact on the lives of many people and we remember this in the educational and programme services that we deliver. We work with a number of other public, private and charitable organisations and welcome support from individuals, groups and corporate sponsors.

Our Programmes
Cancer Recovery Foundation - UK works to help people prevent or survive cancer through education or by direct assistance. We have programmes to provide support to both adults and children across the United Kingdom as well as their families. Whether you are a cancer survivor, cancer carer or health care professional, please contact us for more information about any of the Cancer Recovery Foundation - UK Programme Services.
Family Emergency Service Fund
In addition to being emotionally devastating, cancer can cause financial difficulties to those living with cancer and their families. Through our Family Emergency Fund, Cancer Recovery Foundation - UK has provided financial assistance to families in need, towards things such as past due utility bills, council tax, telephone bills or rent. This can help to reduce the stress caused by financial worries resulting from loss of income following a cancer diagnosis.

Adult Cancer Survival Kits
The Cancer Recovery Foundation - UK provides Cancer Survival Kits dedicated to those diagnosed with life-threatening cancer. Each cancer survival kit is filled with our founder, Greg Anderson’s inspirational and educational material to help people design a recovery programme that optimally supports their medical treatment. They include highly motivational books such as 'The Cancer Conqueror' and `The 22 Non negotiable Laws of Wellness`, outlining the holistic programme to recovery and wellness. They provide a strategy for getting well physically and emotionally and finding meaning and purpose.

Cancer can be depressing to both children and their families. Cancer Recovery Foundation - UK sends to children undergoing cancer treatment a range of gifts that make them smile and take their minds off their treatment. Children’s Projects
Learning that their child has cancer is devastating to parents, who are filled with fear and uncertainty and often driven to mental and physical exhaustion. It is not only a child who gets cancer, the entire family gets cancer. Through the children’s projects, Cancer Recovery Foundation - UK tries to ease some of that stress by providing financial assistance towards things which can be difficult to pay for when family finances are stretched. Your generous donations help to improve the quality of life for children with cancer by providing for activities such as dancing lessons, music lessons, horse riding, drama, sports and outings.
Eligibility: Any child under 18 who is undergoing cancer treatment is eligible for the Children’s Project programmes. Friends, family, healthcare professionals and clergy may make nominations.
