Diary by Cancer Survivor Trudy McCleay
The links below lead to a diary that was written by Trudy McCleay, a health care professional who herself has survived a cancer diagnosis. Trudy has kindly allowed Cancer Recovery Foundation UK to include her diary within our web site. We hope that you will find her words as inspiring as we have.
I am a breast cancer survivor. I will reach my 6-year anniversary on 18th November 2008. Recently I have been reading the diary, which I kept during the period of my diagnosis and treatment and feel that had I had something like this to refer to life would have been less frightening.
